Craft Doors USA has a NO EXCHANGE policy.

Deposit refunds are only allowed if the building process "frames made" has not been started.
All doors are custom made to order. Once a shop drawing is approved by the customer, the customer has until frames are built to submit changes to size of doors.

All doors are shipped fully insured. If doors are damaged during shipping an insurance claim can be filed with the shipping insurance company. Craft Doors USA can file it for the customer if the doors are shipped back to us. If doors are in possession of the customer, then the customer must file the insurance claim.

No Refunds. Except as expressly provided herein, all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
